It is only in its second year of operation but has managed to steal the hearts of those who had the pleasure of being hosted in its unique rooms. It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Corfu Old Town, a stone’s throw from Mitropoli and promises to offer a unique accommodation experience for those looking for a place where they can feel at home away from home.

The goal of the owner Spyros and Sofia, who are there to welcome you and make your stay unique, is to feel almost like locals, to live in a lively neighborhood of Corfu, to watch the housewives do the laundry in the morning, the bells of Metropoli to resound and the swallows to fly high at every sunset.

Arriving at Metropolis Square, it is hard to imagine that the building (as well as the whole area) which houses the 3 rooms of the guestroom had once been bombed by the Germans, destroyed and rebuilt to have its current image, along with many of course improvements before it became Kamara Old Town Studios.

Entering the building, the details of the space magnetize the eye. The traditional mosaic that has been preserved in many corners of the house, gives a touch of authenticity while at the same time its overall decoration has managed to balance between vintage and modern.

The rooms offer generously plenty of light and the beautiful colors reminiscent of the island of Corfu will relax you immediately. The comfortable beds and the view from your balcony are one of the images that will remain etched in your mind forever. As all 3 rooms have a small but overcrowded kitchen, so you can be as autonomous as you want and prepare your breakfast or lunch.

Kamara Old Town Studios‘s highlight in Corfu is of course the small but unsurpassed beauty terrace, where you can enjoy your coffee or breakfast, read your book or watch the magical sunset. Terraces are hard to find in Corfu, so do not leave this information untapped.
